| What does DSI provide? |

Three nights hotel accommodations, Thursday 4/23 to Sunday 4/26, 2009. DSI’s contract with the Four Seasons requires all reservations and other communication come from one source at DSI. Ground transportation to and from the airport on Thursday and Sunday as well as all transportation for outings offered during the Symposium. You will not need a car during the conference. |

Scheduled meals throughout the meeting (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners). |

Continuing Medical Education (CME) during the meeting. |

| What should you do? |

If you will be able to attend please pre-register at REGISTRATION. This will allow you to receive updates and helpful information by email. Please don’t contact the hotel, special requests may be made on the Pre-Registration form. |

In January you’ll be asked to finalize your registration on this website. |
