Senior Vice President, Home and Alaska Operations

Tracy Holman-Speights, DNP, FNP-C, APRN

Dr. Tracy is Senior Vice President of Home and Alaska Operations for U.S. Renal Care. Dr. Holman-Speights is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nephrology experience and has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Wilkes University. Dr. Holman-Speights previously worked for Fresenius Kidney Care as the VP of Clinical Learning Strategies, Corporate VP of Home Education and VP of Education for the Western Group territory. Prior to Fresenius, Dr. Holman-Speights held various positions at DaVita that included Sr. Director of Clinical Operations, where she served as the National Clinical lead for ESCO and SNP markets. She and her team were instrumental in the development and success of the ESCO market in Georgia that enabled the organization to increase their ESCO programs across the country. In addition, she developed and trained Family Nurse Practitioners who supported the ESCO and SNP programs. Dr. Holman-Speights also served as the Regional Operations Director.

She obtained her MBA from the Stetson School of Business, along with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Pace University. Dr. Holman-Speights is passionate about the advancement of nurses in leadership positions. She is the founder of the DocNP, an Executive Nurse Coaching Program, and completed a certification program as a Master Life Coach. In addition to her many accomplishments and certifications in the nursing field, Dr. Holman-Speights completed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certification from the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. She considers herself a life-long learner, based on the premise that one must continue to learn in order to lead.
