Heather Erwin joined U.S. Renal Care in October 2020 as the Senior Vice President, Internal Audit. Heather brings over 30 years of audit & accounting experience, with the last 19 years being in healthcare. Previously she was the SVP, Internal Audit at United Surgical Partners International. While there she built the internal audit function and implemented processes to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Heather began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young. From there she gained additional audit experience in other industries such as airlines, consumer products and information technology. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
