DSI FACILITY DEVELOPMENT, LLC

DSI Facility Development, LLC (DSIFDC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of DSI. It is the entity which is responsible for new construction of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, free standing imaging centers, free standing dialysis clinics, and multi-story office medical office buildings.

This entity works in conjunction with DSI’s technical team, which has expertise that includes all aspects of healthcare service environments, including installation of medical gases, X-ray shielding, MRI shielding, radiation therapy vaults, operating rooms with state of the art ceiling mounted equipment carriers and medical gas delivery, medical grade imaging, electronic medical records, PACS, document imaging, and equipment selection.

DSIFDC’s proprietary de-sign of modular hospitals creates an easy expan-sion path to add patient rooms, operating rooms, and additional imaging areas.

DSIFDC can rent entire operating room suites, patient room floors, PACU and Emergency rooms to hospitals undergoing major renovation, or who are recovering from natural disasters. Leases can be for 6 months to 5 years with delivery times, depending on availability of modules, in 10 days to 12 weeks.

DSIFDC offers leasing and new construction for non-DSI healthcare facilities as well as for those that are owned, operated and/or managed by DSI.
